RJ and his team were very personable throughout the entire wedding process! Best real estate ad in the area, created by Dominant Productions, set my listing apart from other houses in the same price range. 48 hours after the listing was posted there were over 2500 views on zillow and almost every showing was booked through the weekend. Needless to say, my house was under contract with an offer WELL over asking price within the first 36 hours of being on the market. Mr. Grimes has eyes for the details that are profitably apparent.
